First off, i am sure you dont know me and dont care about that either, but i still wanted to make a suggestion. I see you are very skilled in 3D modeling and texturing, and i lack further knowledge of both. Instead i have my head full of useless TF2-related junk, and with your skills this junk could be put to use.
I am not asking "Make my childish crappy drawings epic!". No no, i want you to make my concepts into more epic workshop models. Sure, i can model too, but that's just modeling. You can make them into war machines. And if someday one would make it to the game, it would be 60-40, sixty for you of course.
Think of it. It is okay to say no, but i am really optimistic of this. It is your choice.
